Jordan Bober
Lead-HR Management
Jordan is a fluently bilingual senior consultant with StrategyIQ with over a decade of
experience in research and project management.
He serves as StrategyIQ’s senior HR Management lead, coordinating executive search activities. In addition, he provides senior project management and association management services, including serving as a contract Executive Director with a provincial sports organization among other assignments in the non-profit sector.
Jordan combines a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods with an uncanny ability to figure out how to use technology and digital services to make association service delivery easier and more accessible. To this end, he has developed innovative approaches to on-line meetings, focus groups, and AGM’s that have helped association clients engage members in a highly participatory manner.
Jordan earned his Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Gothenburg in
Sweden.
When Jordan is not enthralled in his latest spreadsheet, he spends his time practicing his Ukrainian, Hungarian or one of the other six languages he is attempting to master as a serial polyglot.
