Bruce Howatt

Bruce brings over 25 years of extensive experience in management and senior management roles within both the private and non-profit sectors.

With a focus on system and process requirements, Bruce has been instrumental in guiding clients towards success in delivering superior customer and member service and exceeding operational needs. Bruce’s expertise in HR management aligns with his leadership in creating and implementing productivity programs. His leadership style is characterized by a focus on employee engagement, evident in his successful track record of leading, developing, and managing large employee bases with a priority on employee satisfaction and overall corporate success. He has been successful in using these skills to help association clients ensure high performing employees.

When Bruce is not fixated on performance improvement or quality management, he is an active volunteer with the Community Foundation of PEI, Junior Achievement, and the Atlantic Drag Racing Association.

On evenings and weekends, he can be found, fixing up his latest dragster or restoring vintage cars.
