Christine DaPrat

Lead-Association Management

Christine has over two decades of experience consulting to non-profit associations in strategic planning, project management, research, and association management. In addition to her work with StrategyIQ, she runs the Health HR Group.

Over the years, Christine has developed a specialized focus on health human resources, professional regulation, and the unique role that professional associations and regulatory bodies play. To this end, she has consulted to health associations representing registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered psychiatric nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and pharmacists, among other health professionals. Currently, she provides association and project management services to three national nursing organizations.

Prior to entering the consulting world, she worked with the Federal Government in sectoral human resources analysis.

Christine is bilingual and has a BA in psychology from Bishop’s University and an MBA from the University of Windsor.

Christine is an avid swim enthusiast and when she is not engaged in the latest workplace competencies or foreign credential recognition project she is likely in a pool somewhere. She qualified for world master’s, coaches, referees and is also president of her local swim club.
